About the Event
LAHi is an engaging performer, borrowing stylistic features from Missy Higgins, Kate Miller Heidke and the Lumineers. Starting out in the Hunter Valley she performs regularly at an assortment of venues including but not limited to, Lizotte’s, Nara Thai, Tocal Homestead, and an assortment of cafes and markets (including Readers Café, Parkview Café and the Sunday Muster Markets).
The love child of Dodie and Jack Johnson this singer/guitarist borrows from an assortment of styles including indie folk, classic rock, acoustic pop and jazz. She has since released her first song Mr Catfish, and it won the HVGS inaugural song writing competition (2018). She has accomplished much with her music, winning the 2016 Family Voice competition of RHEMA FM and second place at the AUTO FEST busking competition. She has been a featured artist at both the 2017-18 Tocal field days and in the sold out HVGS production of Grease 2018. She has put out collaborations with other artists (resin47 and PRANIC) with songs available on both ITunes and Spotify.
